14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
New subscribers can request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment if you've used fewer than 2,000 credits. This applies to all paid plans (Pro and Business).
After the 14-Day Window
After 14 days or 2,000 credits used, no refunds are available. You can cancel your subscription at any time—you'll keep access until your current billing period ends.

How to Request a Refund
- Email support@convert.fast from the email address associated with your account
- Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
- We'll verify your eligibility and process the refund within 5 business days
Refunds are processed via Stripe and returned to your original payment method.
Exclusions
This refund policy applies to:
- First subscriptions only—renewals and subsequent subscriptions are not eligible
- Monthly and yearly plans—same 14-day window and 2,000 credit threshold
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear to abuse this policy (e.g., repeated subscribe-use-refund cycles).
Australian Consumer Law
This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you believe our service is faulty or significantly different from what was advertised, you may be entitled to a refund regardless of this policy.
EU Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. Our 14-day refund window matches this requirement, giving you full protection during the withdrawal period.
