Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or questions asked. We believe in earning your business every month, not locking you in.

To cancel, visit your account settings at accounts.tools.fast and select "Cancel subscription" from the billing section.

What Happens When You Cancel

When you cancel:

  • Keep full access — Your Pro or Business features remain active until your billing period ends
  • Use remaining credits — Continue using your monthly credits until expiry

No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods. If you're within 14 days of your first payment and have used fewer than 2,000 credits, you may be eligible for a full refund instead.

After Your Subscription Ends

When your billing period expires:

  • Automatic downgrade — Your account moves to our Free tier
  • Credits reset — Any remaining monthly credits (including loyalty) are forfeited
  • Free tier allowance — You'll receive 50 credits per day on the Free tier
  • Account preserved — Your account, settings, and usage history remain intact

You won't be charged again unless you choose to resubscribe.

Resubscribing

Changed your mind? You can resubscribe at any time from your account settings. Your previous usage history and preferences will be waiting for you.
